Delivery Information

Orders will be shipped within 2 days after payment is received.

It can take some more time if what you order is not in immediate stock, we might need to cut it and it can take longer but we will communicate.

If you are a non-EU citizen or company taxes and other custom charges might be charged by your local customs authority. For more information you should contact your customs services.

For European Union and some other European countries we use GLS and for the rest of the world we use DHL or the national post offices CTT.

Orders in Portugal and Spain are delivered in 24/48 hours, in EU within 4 to 5 working days and the rest of the world varies depending on the customs but normally it takes 7 up to 30 days.

All our orders are insured by us. If any part arrives damaged you should contact us within one day after receiving it. Photos of the damages and a description are required.
